I have been reluctant to want to blog because I didn’t feel I had anything new to say that I am not already saying on LinkedIn. Several well-intentioned people have told me otherwise, so I gave it some more thought.

All of us have heard the saying “Practice makes perfect.” I also believe that reading research and continuously studying your field is just as important for professionals. I recently realized that what I’m posting on LinkedIn comes from research that I’ve put into practice. So twice a month, I will summarize change management research on a variety of topics, such as strategy, execution, and communication. I will then sprinkle in a bit of my experience to further flavor the research. My hope is that you better understand the discipline (and maybe even save you time looking up information) so that you have improved organizational change outcomes for your team and organization.
